Started as an Ice Cream Scooper at 16 and quickly advanced to Shift Lead, managing operations and training staff. Later spent three years in hospitality, rising from Guest Service Agent to Operations Manager while supporting multiple departments. Earned an Elevate degree in Hospitality during this time.
