• Promote the Graduate degree programs offered by ADA University in accordance with the annual recruitment plan;
• Recruit prospective students by representing the University at different universities, education fairs, promotional trips, on and off-campus events, etc. These may include conducting campus tours, open house days, info sessions and other admission events;
• Represent the University and be the first point of contact for prospective students;
• Communicate with applicants and their parents;
• Process application forms (including data entry);
• Follow-up with applicants for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails;
• Advise applicants about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved;
• Assist in implementing targeted recruitment activities;
• Support the admission process for other programs of ADA University.
• Provide office and communication management and administrative assistance to the Rector of ADA University;
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the rector is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with visitors, suppliers and other staff; deputizing for the Rector;
• Making decisions and delegating work to others in the Rector's absence; • Being involved in decision-making processes;
• Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments;
• Drafting schedules, and other documents;
• Other duties as assigned by the rector;
