As a Senior Strategic Planning and Analysis Specialist, I drive cultural transformation and operational efficiency across branches of the organization using agile methodologies. In this role I developed PR plans and strategies to strengthen the company's voice and presence across both online and offline channels. I managed media requests and relations, wrote press releases and other PR materials, and organized and oversaw events. I supported promotional initiatives and facilitated dispute resolution between clients and third-party vendors. Additionally, I supervised survey applications and assessed public opinion to guide PR activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.

As a Film Director, I generated creative ideas, scripted and presented concepts to stakeholders, managed location scouting, and oversaw the production crew. I appointed technical staff and cast, guided actors, secured contracts, and handled financial management. I directed 4 short documentaries in various themes and 5 social impact videos for UNICEF's "Girls Can" project, supervising all stages of filmmaking from pre-production to post-production.

As the Cast Manager for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Turkmenistan, I managed audition venues, created schedules, and developed action plans for casting. I managed contracts, served as the main liaison between the Casting Director, production team, and performers, and supervised 3 cast groups with in total 1,300 members during the event, ensuring the smooth execution of the grand ceremony at the 45,000-seat stadium.

As Cast Manager for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku, I coordinated auditions, schedules, and casting plans. Serving as the main liaison between the Casting Director, production team, and cast, I ensured clear communication. Overseeing 300 performers across 4 groups, I ensured the seamless execution of the ceremonies, celebrating athletes from over 50 countries at the Baku Olympic Stadium.

As Ceremonies Casting Coordinator for the 2016 Formula 1 Baku Grand Prix, I managed 3 cast groups, overseeing auditions, rehearsals, and contracts. I coordinated logistics, facilitated stakeholder communication, and organized casting calls and venue presentations. My role ensured the smooth execution of the opening ceremony, including the Azerbaijan State Children Philharmonic, contributing to the event’s success.

As Social Media Manager, I was responsible for overseeing and executing social media strategies while collaborating closely with external teams, including videographers, photographers, and designers. I led these teams creatively, aligning their work with the marketing manager’s objectives. In addition to content creation, I tracked and measured the effectiveness of campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance and deliver measurable results.

Organized and conducted auditions and rehearsals according to company requirements. Collaborated closely with Stage Management, Choreography staff, and the Production Team to ensure smooth execution. Served as the main liaison between Pro Cast, Senior Management, and the Production Team, arranging meetings to finalize contracts and agreements.
