• Lead FAA Part 107 pilot for CORE's Navajo Nation projects. I fly multiple sites weekly and deliver site maps, progress photos, and completion documentation through DroneDeploy. Track all flight time and charge it back to each individual project.
• Piloted Procore Financials for the company and now run it across all projects company-wide. Personally handled all pay apps, invoicing, WBS and budgets, and change orders.
• Manage all submittals, RFIs and bid packages in Procore, pushing the trades and design team for timely responses.
• Handle all drawing uploads and revisions. Includes markups, takeoffs, and comparisons in Bluebeam.
• Facilitated OAC meetings; everything from leading all meetings to drafting meeting minutes.

• Assisted in tracking roughly a third of all subcontractors and running site logistics daily. Led trade huddles, and verified installations.
• Ran first work in place inspections, managed the punch list, and conducted safety inspections.

• Gained an in depth understanding of soil bedding preparation, ensuring optimized conditions for plumbers to install pipes.
• Fostered strong relationships with job site superintendents, effectively communicating their requirements and ensuring project specifications were met.
• Served as an English communicator on multi-lingual crews helping bridged communication gaps by learning and employing job specific Spanish phrases.

• At Murr Mining, I oversaw the installation and maintenance of 200 Ethereum miners and a specialized Bitcoin ASIC miner
