• I respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, aiming to enhance satisfaction.
• Additionally, I conduct thorough equipment inspections to diagnose and address operational issues effectively.

For the past five and a half years, I have been engaged in inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various CARRIER Chillers, including window AC, split AC, 30 GB, 30 GT, 30 GH, 30 GTN reciprocating chillers, 30GX, 30XA, 30XB, 30 XVB, 30XW screw chillers, 30 RBS, 3 RBM scroll chillers, and 19 XR centrifugal chillers, along with 38 APD and 38 AUMD DX units, as part of the services team.

Additionally, I have expertise in startup, commissioning, and addressing warranty-related complaints for new CARRIER Chillers and DX units, encompassing models such as 30XA, 30XB, 30XVB, 30KAV, 19XR, and 19XRV.

Furthermore, I have spent two and a half years in the startup and commissioning team, specializing in startup, commissioning, and handling warranty-related complaints for both TOSHIBA and CARRIER VRF systems.
