• Other teams by performing and reviewing complex and non-routine I&C calculations and analyses;

• Ensures that inspection, testing , maintenance and condition monitoring tasks and Operator Workbench are aligned with the technical intent of Equipment Strategies.

- Control valves and positioners, shutdown valves (XXV), blowdown valves (BDV), and motor operated valves (MOV)

• As a Performing Authority create “Permits to work” in eCoW system, identify hazards related to the work scope and work location. Create Level 1 and Level 2 TRA (Task Risk Assessment) by including hazards and control measures. Prepare all required drawings and procedures. Conduct pre work TBT (Toolbox Talk) and supervise contractors.
• As an Isolating Authority (electrical and process), responsible to design isolation/de-isolation plans in eCoW system, implementation of isolations/de-isolations, and creating proper Contingency Plan in case of isolation failure.

• Development, tracking and update of Commercial Browser (CB) system
• Update personal profile (Work Permit (WP), Resident Permit (RP)) for BP core assignees and their dependents
• Preparation of various reports on WP/RP status to Team Leader upon request
• Interact with customers to supply required information for WP/RP and Exit Permits, as well as other immigration documents Provision / approval of Visa on Arrival for Assignees with expired RPs
• Supporting documents for SOCAR (State of ) endorsement prior to WP/RP application. Interact with respective HR advisors for BP core assignees for WP/RP renewal process
• Produce statistical reports with indication of cost codes for WP/RP/EP and notarization arrangement back charge process
• Provide Immigration Introduction with BP new arrival Assignees.

• Supervise the collection of report and analysis of statistical data related to transmission, storage and distribution of water systems
• Prepared reports and analyzed water, reclaimed water and sewer documents and codes for consistency, clarity and comprehension
