I arrive early every morning and unload the truck at 4am. I also do fulfillment batches when needed as well (shopping for people), as backup cashier. I also am always assisting customers and answering their questions the best of my ability. I also train and mentor new team members and help with store inventory, audits and price changes.

I would go in at 3 am in the Deli and make a bunch of sandwiches,salads, ready to go snacks etc. I also would come in at 5 am to do inventory for the Deli department as well as prepare the salad case and the rotisserie chickens. Everything had to be done within a timely manner. I also would go in at 3 am in the bakery and prepare all the donuts for the case as well as the bagels and other pastries. I would also go in at 5 am and do inventory in the freezer, as well as take phone calls and help customers. I also would train new hires and show them how to work in the Deli and Bakery.

I would arrive early and prepare all the stuff needed for the burgers, wraps and other food items on the menu, prepared ticket orders as they arrived and get the food out to the customers. I would also clean and restock as needed throughout the busy work day. I'd hop on register if someone called out for the day and then distribute the tips amongst the crew at the end of the day.

I was promoted within the first month of working at this establishment. I trained and mentored team members on operational procedures and customer service standards. I counted the drawer at the end of every night when working closing shifts. When opening I would prepare everything for the day and prepare the drawer for the day. I also would clean and if customers had any issues I would assist the best of my ability.

I did some general classes here on and off for two years almost earning my associates. I took Psychology, English, History, Math, and Computer 101

I did an online program of Medical Billing and Coding through a partnership with CCC. It took me around 8 months to complete. During that time I learned ICD-CM 10, HCPCS,CPT, and Medical Terminology. I am preparing to take the national exam within the next couple months.

I received an online certification granting me to train under a Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Arizona.
