• Deliver IRATA-approved training programs for Levels 1, 2, and 3, covering theory, practical skills, and safety protocols.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs of trainees while adhering to IRATA guidelines.
• Conduct practical exercises, such as knot tying, rigging, fall protection, and rescue techniques, to ensure trainees are proficient in rope access procedures.
• Utilize equipment effectively in training, demonstrating proper usage, inspection, and maintenance of rope access gear.
• Ensure that all training sessions adhere to IRATA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Monitor the training environment for potential hazards and take action to mitigate risks during training exercises.
• Stay updated on IRATA safety requirements and industry developments, incorporating them into training sessions as needed.
• Ensure that all trainees understand and comply with IRATA's code of practice and safety regulations.
