• Supervising Material & Warehouse teams
• Achieving high levels of accuracy and uninterrupted input / output flow of materials & equipments for project needs followed by relevant documentation
• Control the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance
• Weekly reports about project materials coordination status
• Supervising over the organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Plan future capacity requirements
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Organize proper storage conditions for special types of materials
• Coordinate with Procurement and QA/QC team for any issues regarding to material incoming chain
• Prepare Material Management procedure according to project standards
• Quality control of incoming piping, structural materials as per required standards- ASME, ASTM, EN
• Deviation reports such as O&SD
• Maintain material turnover via SAP

• Work in accordance with procedures and safety rules

• Perform and control the receiving process of piping and SS materials along with the documentation of
DDR , MRR
• Visual and dimensional check of received materials as per PL, project standarts EN 10025, EN 10204 , ASME & ASTM

• Check all relevant documents concerning to material receiving (invoice, delivery note, certs ...)
• Raise and publish an OS&D report if there found any issues with damage, overage, shortage

• Hold OS&D raised materials in quarantine zone
• Controlling marking of materials with traceability numbers Organizing / staking the materials in proper way
• Fill in the Material Traceability, OS&D and Welding Consumable registers and share daily received items
• Coordinate with Procurement team for further orders Control check the project materials for the matching of required Daily update material stock report
• Coordination of material issue and transfer processes

● Incoming materials quality control inspection against PO , compatibility with drawings, mill test certificates according to EN10204

● Technical evaluation of bidders for the PO proposal as per international standards such as ASME s.VIII, ASME B36, ASME B31, TEMA, ASTM specs, API 588, API 598, API 653, EN10204, EN12573, ASME PCC-1, AWS etc.

● Be in close contact with procurement-supply personnel of the company regarding the mutual online discussions with supplier

● Witness inspection of ongoing manufacturing works of contracted materials/ equipment in manufacturer fabrication area

● Create and place purchase requests relating with Integrity team scope materials& equipment in company created programme named EMAL

● Checking for accuracy of the PO materials/ equipment list on technical specifications

Special tasks been done :

● Inspection supervising of flange facing and flange joint assembly torquing during TAR 2024 works in SOCAR AZERKIMYA plant and TAR 2025 SOCAR CARBAMIDE plant

● Witness inspection of heat exchangers ordered by Company to GEMZA, comprising of dimensional, material verification, welding, drawing, material certificate inspection, hydrostatic witness

● PRV valve test and calibration witness during TAR 2024 works in SOCAR AZERKIMYA plant

● Quality Control of incoming welding consumable during TAR 2024 SOCAR AZERKIMYA plant

● Created and shared method of repair statement on plant while doing on-call duties in CARBAMIDE plant

• Be aware of related plans and procedures as well as safety rules of the company
• Work in a coordinated manner with material control team
• Inspect materials for damages and measure with rulers, calipers, gauges as per ordered standards
• Note all overage, shortage and damage and other discrepancy issues on the MMT list
• Inform material control/warehouseman team about last status of inspected material
• Accept, reject or hold materials that fail to meet specifications
• Be ensure that materials with discrepancy were placed on quarantine zone
• Raise an Overage Shortage & Damage report for quarantined materials
