Manage and support the other Range Safety Officers. I am working more on the administrative side of the range and helping with the day-to-day operations and focusing on range maintenance, scheduling, time management for my team, and dealing with pay. Observe and control gun range while maintaining safety and company standards. As well as helping with the front desk and the needs of other departments. With USCCA certification I instruct private lessons with 1-3 students at a time teaching proper firearm techniques and enhancing their skills.
