I began at EcoDry as a demo tech and quickly moved up to Lead Assist in two months, after learning operating procedures and paperwork for job documentation. After two more months, I was promoted to Lead technician. I led and worked closely with a designated crew where we utilize a variety of tools and equipment to mitigate and remove mold, water, and fire damages. At EcoDry a majority of demo is done wearing PPE inside containments for multiple hours at a time. A notable portion of my responsibilities was also training technicians for promotions.
