RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

• Overseeing and driving the efficieny of the current asset profile including the Facilities management and the team managemetn.

• Managing and directing PPP transactions for various government entities through the lifecycle of the transaction.
• Maintain and develop current PPP pipeline in collaboration with regulator and procuring entities.
• Manage various teams of advisors (Commercial, Technical, Legal, and Financial) to structure deals.
• Lead process of setting, managing, and updating ongoing policies and guidelines of the PPP framework and transactions.
• Liaise between different government entities, teams of advisors, investors, and transaction leads to ensure alignment between different stakeholders is met and delivered.
• Exploring possible PPP projects, initiating business development, and conducting due diligence.
• Implemented process improvement to shape organizational culture, optimize procedures for higher efficiency, and help organization evolve and grow.
• Updated policies to reflect changing conditions and maintain optimal results of transactions.
• Supervise generation of tender documents, evaluating bids received, and taking care of their governance to ensure they are tendered out to the market. Then evaluate different technical and financial submissions to ensure they are awarded to the best preferred bidder.

• Led the change management for the 'Musataha' framework, which involved implementing a new approach to property development, resulting in increased efficiency and revenue growth for the organization.
• Establish legal framework and process of Musataha scheme.
• Integrated, inherited Musataha process from various government entities, and unify the process.
• Develop an electronic platform to receive and process investment requests and interact with investors.
• Manage and develop Musataha investment projects for various government entities.
• Link Musataha process with investor care activities and related entities.
• Develop investment requests received from investors and match them with entities in need.
• Lead tendering process of various asset class projects on behalf of government entities.
• Provide financial recommendations on running Musataha contracts for landowners.
• Study and analyse contractual change requests from investors and provide feedback for owners.

• Reviewing and analyzing the infrastructure committee's outcomes and enhancing the decision-making process.
• Analyzing and reviewing infrastructure projects directed to the Executive Council and supporting the decision-making process.
• Develop governance modeling for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Evaluate infrastructure project requests from a budget perspective, need assessment, and competitiveness.
• Provide technical feedback on proposed infrastructure projects to decision maker.
• Affected the decision-making process to adapt the international policies/standards with regard to environmental, H&E, and sustainability.

• Plan, monitor, and manage the execution of various construction projects.
