Description: The SFT - FileX Hub platform is a browser-based intranet application and a POA solution that enables technology and servicing teams to create and manage file transfer profiles for their customers. These profiles define file transfer workflows that facilitate seamless file exchanges between internal and external customers and systems using SFT Core. It is essential that these profiles are configured and thoroughly tested before customers can begin transmitting files with American Express.

• Worked on the design and implementation of robust, modular, and scalable microservices using Spring Boot, adhering to best practices in cloud-native architecture and supporting high-availability enterprise solutions.

• Designed and developed Java-based back-end services, including RESTful APIs, to handle user requests and support front-end functionality.

Available to all internal American Express teams involved in secure file transfers, the FS BOT is part of a broader set of automation initiatives aimed at enhancing the SFT services, improving application resiliency, and increasing overall operational efficiency.

• Developed a conversational chatbot using Slack Developer tools, integrated with the SFT application to enable self-service functionalities for the internal user base.
• Developed and exposed RESTful APIs to allow seamless integration of chatbot capabilities into other internal enterprise systems.
• Integrated the bot framework with RASA to support intent recognition, entity extraction, and provide automated query resolution.

Description: The SFT platform is the American Express enterprise solution for securely exchanging files with internal and external Business Partners and providing tracking and setup services for those file exchanges. The SFT Implementation Team is directly responsible for maintenance of E3 Cert environment and implementation new customer profiles on SFT. All file transfers require a Transmitter Profile. Business Unit Maintainers and the SFT Implementation Team set up profiles for each Transmitter.

• Gathered user requirements, configured secure file transfer profiles, and assisted users in data transmission workflows across heterogeneous systems.
• Facilitated end-to-end file movement using protocols including Connect:Direct, FTP, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP, and HTTPS, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
• Administered key rotation and digital certificate renewal processes to maintain security compliance and encrypted communications.
