Worked with children between the ages of one and eight. Played with age appropriate games, took children to scheduled activities (sports, school, daycare), practiced developmental skills. Fed infants, toddlers, and children with nutritious and age appropriate meals and snacks. Bathed, dressed, and helped with hygiene for both mornings and bedtime. Cleaned homes, kitchens, and playrooms while with the children. Communicated schedules with parents.

Edited papers of varying length and gave constructive feedback. Taught students to master quote selection, integration, and analysis. Taught students clarity of language and argument construction. Helped students master seminar participation. Supervised up to 20 students a day.

Met with students one to two times a week to help them with content mastery homework, studying, organizational skills. Communicated with parents about progress and created personalized plans for students. Helped student set achievable and find motivation.

Met with 6th grade students once a month to discuss everything from study skills to navigating conflict in friendships. Taught lessons and utilized classroom management skills to maintain a friendly and focused environment. Gave tours of the school to prospective families.
