Elchin Mammadli

Elchin Mammadli, born January 6, 1993, in Baku, Azerbaijan, is a professional in international economic relations and customs brokerage. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and participated in exchange programs at La Sapienza University of Rome and the University of Pittsburgh. He founded and directed Invent LLC (2012-2014) and has been a Customs Officer since 2017. Elchin is fluent in Azeri, English, Turkish, and Russian, with strong technical skills. He is also a professional saz player and a 2nd Dan Karate Do (Shotokan) practitioner. His international experience includes participation in various debate conferences and youth development programs.
