• Lead a team of individuals to provide 5-star personalized service for members
• Engage with members, address any concerns, and provide timely solutions to problems to ensure an overall positive experience
• Walk the member experience daily, ensure functionality and cleanliness in all areas of the clubhouse, and communicate operational needs to other internal departments
• Design strategic floor plan daily that is flexible to any fluctuations in volume or labor
• Engage in conflict resolution with teammates and initiate disciplinary action when necessary
• Regularly hold one-on-one sessions with teammates to maintain a mutual working relationship, and identify growth opportunities for the individuals

Internal promotion

• Prioritize the member dining experience by assisting teammates and consistently touching tables
• Assist with implementing policies and procedures for both members and teammates, and promptly communicate any changes to the team
• Design training manuals for onboarding teammates and lead or facilitate trainings on service standards; also empower teammates to own the member experience, take lead in various projects, and train incoming teammates
• Develop new menu tests and regularly quiz the team on menu knowledge
• Maintain line of communication between FOH & HOH to act as one entity; relay information to the chef team regarding members' requests and feedback, facilitate communication from chefs to FOH teammates regarding menu items, and regularly meet with the chef team to ensure both departments are aligned
• Regularly communicate with other internal departments for operational needs such as maintenance and purchasing requests
• Assist with inventory management by optimizing product usage, monitoring waste, keeping accurate counts of products on hand, and adjusting par levels when needed
• Assist with labor management by sending out weekly labor reports, monitoring time cards of teammates to hit budget goals, and making daily adjustments to staffing levels as needed while still protecting the member experience
• Create weekly schedules that manage fluctuating availabilities for a team of 15-20 individuals on at a 6-day operating week; also conduct payroll
• Assist with program coordination for seasonal interns, including scheduling and training
• Follow coaching and counseling plans with individuals, and help teammates identify areas of growth
• Conduct annual reviews and merit increases, and provide opportunities for cross-training and upward movement for teammates if desired
