  • Maintain line of communication between FOH & HOH to act as one entity; relay information to the chef team regarding members' requests and feedback, facilitate communication from chefs to FOH teammates regarding menu items, and regularly meet with the chef team to ensure both departments are aligned
  • Regularly communicate with other internal departments for operational needs such as maintenance and purchasing requests
  • Assist with inventory management by optimizing product usage, monitoring waste, keeping accurate counts of products on hand, and adjusting par levels when needed
  • Assist with labor management by sending out weekly labor reports, monitoring time cards of teammates to hit budget goals, and making daily adjustments to staffing levels as needed while still protecting the member experience
  • Create weekly schedules that manage fluctuating availabilities for a team of 15-20 individuals on at a 6-day operating week; also conduct payroll
  • Assist with program coordination for seasonal interns, including scheduling and training
  • Follow coaching and counseling plans with individuals, and help teammates identify areas of growth
  • Conduct annual reviews and merit increases, and provide opportunities for cross-training and upward movement for teammates if desired
