• Assist in the operation, and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, HVAC equipment within the Data Centre Facility. • Assist in maintenance and monitoring of all Data Centre systems to include incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/resolution and all other aspects of Data Centre support. • Generation of Management of Change requests and accompanying documents such as Standard of Operation, Method Statement, Risk Assessments. Creation and implementation of work orders and maintenance (planned/ corrective) service tickets. • Monitor and troubleshoot of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, chiller systems, CRAH units and emergency generators. • Utilizing SCADA for MV switching and BMS to monitor facility critical equipment and troubleshooting data centre scale cooling, electrical issues. • Provide technical assistance to vendors or data center engineers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of all facility equipment. • Act as an On Job Trainer for new hires and explain critical equipment functions and operation principles. • Provide technical assistance to contractors or data center engineers to deploy new equipment, such as, building racks, cabling, and other tasks as necessary. • Respond to internal rack customer maintenance, repair and additions/expansion requests through the ticketing system. • Organizing Critical facility tests such as Single Utility Supply fail test, Total Utility Supply fail test, Emergency generator Emission test in different new data centers • Creation, configuration and upkeep of Facility Inventory Topology through a web-based tool on an existing as-build drawings. • Act as a commissioning engineer assistant during construction to operation transition periods of new data centers.

• Under general supervision, performs preventive/predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairing a variety of electronic and/or electrical equipment relative to their assigned location
• Performs function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance
• Must be proficient in understanding/interpreting electronic and/or electrical schematics/drawings/prints

• As part of the Engineering Department of the Condition Monitoring Team, the Field Service Engineer will have responsibility for the management, support and provision of condition monitoring of existing systems and for supporting the development of reporting based on the surveys
• The post holder will work with the nominated assets to ensure that practices are in accordance with agreed standards
• The main task of the Field Service Engineer is to support safe, economic and timely operations and maintenance of customers' electrical & instrumentation equipment
• The following list outlines the key activities that fit within the role of the Field Condition Monitoring Engineer: Responsible for the delivery of the day-to-day delivery of electrical and instrument condition monitoring Program, which consists: Partial discharge testing and monitoring of high voltage switchgear
• Partial discharge monitoring of rotating equipment (to identify problems in Motor stator)
• Infra-red Thermography surveys of electrical and Mechanical equipment
• Motor Current Signature Analysis to identify rotor problems
• Trip & close signature analysis of Circuit Breakers (performance analysis)
