Reading books, creating vlog, blogging, acting, journaling, painting, yoga, meditation

I am deeply passionate about several hobbies that inspire both my personal growth and others. Through my public Instagram account, I share informative posts on all aspects of public health, aiming to raise awareness and educate others. Since public health is still a developing field in my country, I hope to be a role model for students and young professionals, showing them the importance of this field. Alongside this, I create videos documenting my daily life and educational journey, sharing insights into my experiences, challenges, and growth. I am also committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle, frequently posting about yoga, meditation, and self-care, as I firmly believe in the power of mental and physical well-being.

Additionally, I act in my university's theater club, where I have the opportunity to collaborate with students from diverse fields and grades. This creative outlet allows me to express myself and connect with others in a meaningful way. Furthermore, I am an active participant in a university book club, where we come together to select, read, and discuss books, exchanging ideas and perspectives on various topics.

These hobbies bring me joy and fulfillment while helping me develop valuable skills in communication, creativity, and leadership. They also have a positive impact on my daily life, encouraging me to live actively and mindfully, and to continuously strive for personal and professional growth. Through these activities, I hope to inspire others to pursue their passions and contribute to a healthier, more informed community.
