- Installing operating systems: Installing various versions of Windows (Windows 7, 8, 10) on computers.
- Installing necessary programs: Setting up essential software such as Microsoft Office, 1C (accounting software), and internet browsers.
- Providing technical support: Handling hardware and software issues, ensuring proper functioning of systems and devices.
- The replacement of internal components in laptops and PCs.
- Diagnosis of computer components.
- Troubleshooting employees' computer issues: Resolving any technical problems employees encounter during work hours.
- Configuring Modem: Setting up and configuring network devices such as modems for optimal network performance.
- Managing printers: Connecting printers to the network and managing them, including troubleshooting printer issues.
- Monitoring software updates: Ensuring that installed software is regularly updated and monitoring new versions.
- Connecting computers to LAN and Wireless networks: Ensuring computers are connected to both wired (LAN) and wireless networks and optimizing network connections.
- Connecting computers to the domain: Integrating computers into a domain network and managing user rights and access control.
- Connecting Ethernet Cables to a Patch Panel:Ethernet cables are neatly and according to standards connected to a patch panel using modules.
- Attaching RJ45 Connectors to Network Cables:RJ45 connectors are properly crimped onto the ends of network cables and tested to ensure high-quality and stable connections.
- Assembling and Installing Rack Cabinets:Rack cabinets are assembled and installed for placing network and server equipment.
- Setting Up and Managing IT Infrastructure:Network devices, servers, computers, and other equipment are connected and configured to operate seamlessly.
- Installation and troubleshooting of camera systems (NVR, DVR).
