• Meet transfer passengers at the appropriate exit and escort them to the third-floor transit area
• Check passports and visas of transfer passengers at the entrance to the zone
• Supervise aviation security checks
• Tell travellers where and when check-in will take place
• Ensure timely arrival of the transfer passenger at Terminal 2 accompanied by another agent,
• In case of fulfilment of a counter flight
• Control over receipt and dispatch of transfer passengers' baggage, liaising with baggage service and pick-up agents
• Meet and check-in passengers and their baggage and hand baggage to their destinations
· Controlled over loan portfolios within their competence
· Effectively worked with overdue debts
· Found out the reasons for the delay and ensured payments by establishing telephone communication with customers who have delayed debt collection
· Implementation of measures to normalize problem loans
· Clear and impeccable execution of management instructions
· Presentation of a progress report to management at the end of the day
