Role: Project Manager and Team Leader  

Description: Led the development and implementation of Azerbaijan's first  local university management system for Azerbaijan University of Architecture  and Construction. Oversaw project planning, resource allocation, and team  coordination to ensure the system met all academic and administrative  requirements.

Role: Technical Team Leader and Trainer  

Description: Managed the technical team in developing an educational  platform under UNESCO's Avicenna project. Conducted training sessions to  enhance the technical skills of team members and ensure the platform's  smooth deployment and operation.  

• E-Sahhat Health Management System (AlphaOmega)

Role: Project Manager  

Description: Directed the development of the E-Sahhat Health Management  System under the AlphaOmega company. Coordinated with healthcare  professionals to design Azerbaijan's first local health management system,  aimed at improving patient care and streamlining health management  processes.  

• AI powered plagiarism detection in academic writing

 Role: Product owner

Description: Led the design and development of an AI-powered plagiarism detection system for academic writing. Applied LLM techniques to identify rephrased content and ensure academic integrity across multilingual documents.

• VR based exam system

Description: Oversaw the design and implementation of an innovative Virtual  Reality (VR) exam system. Facilitated the creation of immersive examination  environments, enabling enhanced assessment capabilities and modernizing  traditional exam methods.  

• Asan Wi-Fi (asan.gov.az)

Role: Technical Team Leader  

Description: Led the technical team in the deployment of Asan Wi-Fi, a  public Wi-Fi service initiative by asan.gov.az. Ensured reliable and secure  internet access for users across multiple locations. This project also focused on  advertising, public enlightenment, and educating citizens about government  services.  

• Appointment Management System (Iteca Caspian LLC)

Role: Senior Web Developer  

Description: Developed and maintained an appointment management system  for Iteca Caspian LLC. Implemented features to optimize appointment  scheduling and client management, improving overall efficiency.

Role: IT Expert and Trainer  

Description: Served as an IT expert and trainer for the European Computer  Driving Licence (ECDL) program. Provided training and support to enhance  digital literacy and computer skills among participants.
