- My position as an Intern at Pasha Holding involved offering general technical support as well as helping the organisation monthly with maintenances of update infrastructures, and occasional participation in different existing projects. Some of my key responsibilities include: Technical support for hardware and software problems employees and helping with day to day networks management and compliance with set security standards. I also worked with other members of a team in the formulation of IT solutions that can enhance their operations. Writing down programming procedures and educating the employees for new technologies enabled me to acquire practical experience in the IT field, enriching my knowledge by interacting with other knowledgeable personnel and apply my knowledge toward the efficient running of the firm’s technological infrastructure.
