• Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about the bank’s products and services;
• Ensuring customer identification, opening and closing of accounts;
• Checking documents submitted by customers (contracts, invoices, etc.) and ensuring the accuracy of transactions;
• Preparing and providing account statements and balance confirmations upon customer request;
• Collecting, maintaining, and archiving current documentation in accordance with internal procedures;
